"Honestly relieved it was all correct"
I was a little nervous opening the package because I’ve had orders show up with the wrong parts before, but nope—everything was exactly what I ordered. Super relieved and happy with how smooth it went

"Returns are usually a pain, but this was easy"
I ordered the wrong part and figured the return was going to be a whole ordeal, because returns are always such a hassle everywhere. But this one was way easier than I expected. The instructions were clear, the policy seemed fair, and as long as you keep the item in good condition and follow the steps, it’s straightforward. The refund took a little bit, but that’s kind of how refunds always go. Overall, I was happy with how they handled it

"Seems legit, shipping info was a little vague"
I’ve bought stuff from RallySport Direct a couple different times now and it’s been fine. The parts showed up like they were supposed to, nothing weird, and checking out felt normal and secure enough.

The only thing that bugged me a bit was one order where the shipping updates were kinda slow and I wasn’t totally sure what was going on. Not a huge deal though. I’d still order from them again, they seem trustworthy and support got back to me when I had a question.

"Legit parts and fair prices"
I ordered a few Subaru parts and everything seemed to check out. The packaging, labels, and part details all looked authentic, which is really what you want to see when you’re buying car parts online. Prices were reasonable too. Shipping took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it felt like a solid site, and I’d order from them again.

"Box arrived a bit rough, but the part seemed okay"
The box was beat up when it showed up, which made me a little nervous at first since I didn’t want to risk installing something that might’ve been damaged in shipping. I checked the part over carefully, though, and it looked fine

"Exchange process made me a bit less confident"
I needed to exchange a part and thought it would be straightforward, but it ended up taking longer than expected. Support did get back to me, which I appreciated, but the instructions weren’t very clear and I had to check in more than once to keep things moving. It did get resolved in the end, but the whole process felt less smooth than it should have. It kind of made me question how easy things would be if I had another issue later

I ordered a few parts and, to my surprise, the packaging actually held up well. The outer box looked like it had been through a small adventure during shipping, but thankfully everything inside was wrapped properly and nothing was damaged. It wasn’t exactly premium presentation or anything, but I guess it did what it was supposed to do. Would’ve been 5 stars if the box itself didn’t look like it barely survived the trip.

"Got my order fixed quick"
I had wrong part show up in my order, so I emailed them about it. They got back fast and sorted everything out without any hassle. Replacement was sent out right away, which I really appreciated.

Well... I did end up finding the parts I was looking for, so that’s a plus. The site just felt a little clunky to navigate here and there, and the menus could definitely be easier to use.

I had some kind of warranty issue and they got it sorted out quickly. Didn’t really have to go back and forth or deal with much hassle, so that was nice.

"Backorder updates were really frustrating"
I ordered a part that looked like it was basically available, then after I paid, I found out it was actually on backorder. I had to be the one emailing them just to get a straight update, and even then the dates kept shifting, which got old really fast.

To be fair, they did reply eventually and I did get my refund, so it wasn’t a complete mess. But the communication should’ve been much better from the beginning because I wasted way too much time waiting around.

I ordered a couple parts for my WRX from rallysportdirect, i’m a little biased toward any shop that makes Subaru fitment easy to figure out. The product info was clear, and I liked that I could check compatibility before buying instead of guessing and hoping for the best.

Shipping was quicker than I expected, and the box showed up in good shape. Everything was the right part, installed without any drama, and I didn’t have to chase anyone down for an update. Smooth experience overall, and I’d definitely order from them again.

"Delivery kept getting pushed back"
I ordered some parts and the delivery date kept changing, which was frustrating. It also felt like the terms around the order kept shifting a bit, so I wasn’t really sure what to expect anymore. "Pretty good selection for my WRX"
They had a lot of parts for my WRX which was nice, way more than I expected honestly. A few things I wanted were out of stock but overall still a solid selection

"Fitment was way off"
I bought these because they were listed as fitting my WRX, but I had a feeling the fitment claims were going to be questionable, and this pretty much confirmed it. The holes didn’t line up at all, so installation wasn’t happening without extra work. Frustrating...

"Payment options were decent"
Checking out was straightforward, and I liked that they had a few different ways to pay. The financing option is definitely helpful, but I do wish the terms were a little clearer earlier on instead of having to get further into the process to really see what you’re dealing with. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of average. I felt mostly okay about it in the end, but not exactly excited or blown away.
